"The plan contains many sophisticated ideas, like the connection of different spaces and volumes that can make a sensitive link between the two streets along the sides of the plot.
The Comission higly appreciated the finely formed sloping steps and terrain at the entrance and the varios, layering ideas of the concept."

With our plan we wanted to create a building that fits well together with the neighbourghood and consider the special attributes of the chosen plot without oppressing the environment.

Würdigung der Jury
“Der Plan enthalt viele feine Ideen unter anderem mit der Verbindung der Räume und Kuben, um das Kontakt zwei begrenzten Straßen vom Grundstück. Der Entwurf wurde, wegen des am schönsten formulierten ansteigenden Platzes, der diskreten „Formel“ und vielen durchdachten kleinen Ideen, von der Jury mit dem 2. Preis honoriert.“

Das Ziel unseres Entwurfes war es, ein Gebäude zu planen, das die Vorzüge des Grundstückes beachtet und nicht die Umgebung unterdrückt, sondern sie mit einbezieht.
